Negative energies can settle in rooms and objects. They are often found in places where there are many people, especially where people stay for a long time.
We are all often carriers of polluted or foreign energies. We are stressed or carry around worries, fears or other burdensome emotions. Often it is enough that we identify too much with a difficult situation on the outside or that we are not able to separate ourselves sufficiently from it. We are not completely with ourselves and take such emotions into ourselves.
This circumstance is intensified by our present way of life and the currently very turbulent times. Our world is in turmoil and has been in crisis mode in the last years. Many systems have been on edge for quite some time. Such an environment further reinforces people's worries and fears.
Social crises (war, financial crisis, pandemic, etc.) are further able to open up so called twilight zones and, for example, awaken long-dormant energies.
This is not fundamentally a bad thing, but if left unnoticed and unpurified or unreflected, such forces can have a negative effect or even cause harm.
All these and other energies can settle in rooms and objects. Often they can be found in places where there are many people, especially where people stay for a long time.
Most people do not consciously perceive low vibrational energies; nevertheless, they influence our well-being. Sensitivity to such energies is at its strongest when we come to rest. This is especially the case at night, when we are in need of rest and recuperation. Restless sleep or bad dreams can be the result.
